During a routine inspection
We spoke with members of staff at the office and on the telephone, and with a representative of a person who had experience of using the agency.
The comments we received were all positive. They included that care was given safely, staff were punctual polite and respectful, and told us that staff had a good understanding of people's needs. Care was delivered flexibly and the office communicated well.
Staff told us they received the training they needed and felt well supported.
