During a routine inspection
One member of staff told us that they 'really enjoyed their work and had wonderful people to support'. The others said there was support and training available to help them "deliver really personalised care". Some staff told us how much they valued their support manager, and how helpful the Registered Manager was.
Staff said there was sufficient information in the support plans to be able to assist each person, and that the care plans were clear and personalised. They said they always read the information and checked with people that nothing had changed.
