Choice Care Home is a care home that provides care and support to older people, some of whom may be living with dementia or physical disability. People in care homes receive accommodation and nursing or personal care as single package under one contractual agreement. The service accommodates up to 32 people in one adapted building. On the day of the off-site assessment call, there were 30 people living at the home. We started the assessment activity on 16 January 2024 and ended on 24 January 2024. We looked at one quality statement, Governance, management, and sustainability. At our last inspection the service was rated good. At this assessment the service remains good.
