During a routine inspection
During this inspection we looked at the care records for two people, spoke with three people who lived at the home, spoke with the providers and two members of staff. We also looked at staff records and maintenance and servicing records.
People we spoke with told us that they were always treated with dignity and respect by the staff. One person said, 'The staff are all really nice, they are respectful and you can talk to any of them if you have any problems.'
We found that the care plans provided staff with the information they needed to meet people's needs.
We found that a range of health and care professionals were involved in meeting people's needs.
We saw that the environment was clean and very well maintained. There were effective systems were in place to ensure safety.
Staff received appropriate training, supervision and appraisal.
Records were accessible and stored securely
