During a routine inspection
Everyone that we spoke with told us that they had been consulted about the times of their visits. They also told us that care workers arrived at the agreed times.
People told us they had copies of their care plans in their home and that they had agreed the contents. They also told us that regular meetings were held with the agency to review their care needs.
People told us that they felt safe and care workers treated them well.
Everyone that we spoke with expressed satisfaction with care workers who visited them. They said that they promoted their privacy when providing personal care and respected them as individuals.
