During an inspection in response to concerns
Relatives were able to give us examples as to the improvements that the placement at Badby Park had made to their relative's quality of life. Relatives also told us that the staff were very responsive to their relative's needs.
In general people were satisfied with the activities that were being provided at Badby Park.
However two people from the Arbury Unit told us that there were not many activities that they were able or would wish to engage in. They also told us that they felt that there were not always enough staff on duty to meet their needs and expectations. One person also told us that they were frustrated with some of aspects of their care at Badby Park and that they felt that this limited their independence.
