During a routine inspection
Likewise, people spoken with confirmed they were involved in planning their care and support needs and told us that the manager visited them at home prior to the service commencing in order to discuss their needs, requirements and expectations of the service.
People spoken with reported that they were satisfied with the standard of care and were of the opinion that staff understood their needs. Comments received included; 'The carers are supreme', 'Everything is attended to and extremely well. I have no complaints' and 'The staff are very good.'
People spoken with reported that they received staff support at the times they required and confirmed staff provided the necessary support to enable them to retain their independence. One person reported 'I have the same member of staff and we work well together.'
People using the service also confirmed that they felt safe and had no concerns regarding the care provided.
