During a routine inspection
People said they were able to talk about things in the home and give feedback to the staff about the service during their regular meetings round the dining table. We were told that staff responded to any issues or concerns that were raised.
Everybody we spoke with told us that their privacy and dignity were respected by staff and there was always enough staff on duty.
Everyone we spoke with told us that they were happy with their rooms and told us that their rooms were individual and that they were able to have their personal possessions in them. One person said "I go to my room when I want to be on my own, but it's also nice to come out and talk to the others and the staff".
