During a routine inspection
We spoke with two people using the service. One of the other people did not wish to speak with us and the fourth was not able to. We spoke with the service manager and the two care workers on duty. We looked at the care records relating to the people receiving domiciliary care support and other records regarding the service.
The people we spoke with had no concerns relating to the care and support they received. One person said, 'The staff are really nice.' The other said, "They help me a lot."
We found that a compliance action relating to staff training and some other issues we had raised following our last inspection in March 2013, had been appropriately addressed by the provider.
