During a routine inspection
We found appropriate systems and processes were in place to identify abuse and safeguard people who used the service from abuse.
We saw the recruitment processes were robust and appropriate checks were in place to ensure staff had the qualifications, skills and experience to provide safe and appropriate care.
The people who used the service were provided with information on how to make a complaint and the people we talked with told us they were confident that if they raised an issue it would be addressed. We saw there were systems in place to ensure complaints were recorded, investigated, and action taken to resolve the issue.
