During a routine inspection
We spoke with 10 staff who worked for the agency to ask them how they supported people's care needs. This included the registered manager, three office based staff and six care workers who visited people in their homes. We found that people were fully involved in making choices about their care and were very satisfied with the care provided.
We looked at four people's care records and three staff files. The records we looked at showed that people's risk assessments and care plans were detailed, and were regularly reviewed and updated. We found they accurately reflected the care needs described by people, relatives and staff we spoke with.
The agency had a range of systems and checks in place for monitoring the quality of care provided, with actions taken to address any concerns found.
We found the agency was compliant with the five standards inspected.
