During a routine inspection
They told us they had received sufficient information before starting treatment with the service. They said, 'Staff explained everything.' They also told us they were treated with dignity and respect and their privacy was maintained. They said, 'The treatment was better than I expected. Great, no pain.'
They told us they felt safe using the service and staff appeared well trained and competent. They knew what to do if they needed to make a complaint.
We found that patients were treated with dignity and respect and received care that met their needs. We found that patients were safe and equipment was regularly maintained. We found that staff received induction, training and appraisal and the provider took steps to assess the quality of the service being provided.
