During a routine inspection
People who we spoke to were pleased with the care and support they received and told us the staff were kind and helped them. One person told us that staff go out with him doing activities he enjoys or sometimes they stay in and just 'chill'.
One person said the food was good.
People spoken to said the staff were kind and good.
One person using the service said, 'We keep the house clean' and 'My room is nice'.
Staff spoken to said they had received induction training when they started working in the home and are offered frequent training to update their skills.
One person living in the home told us which staff he liked working with him and which staff he enjoyed going on activities with most. He clearly felt he had input in which staff supported him and felt empowered by this.
One person said he would tell staff if he didn't like something and they would sort it.
