During a routine inspection
We also spoke to one person with a mental health condition and three people with physical disabilities on the telephone. They said that the agency occasionally had staffing problems and that this could lead to poor continuity of care. The manager said that there had been problems over the summer but that they were currently recruiting additional staff to prevent a recurrence of the problems. People we spoke with were complimentary about the majority of staff. One person described them as 'absolutely brilliant'. Another person said 'I've recommended the agency to other people. I'm a happy customer.'
