During a routine inspection
All comments we received were positive. All the people we spoke with use the service and people's relatives told us that they were very happy with the service provided and that the carers were great. People told us they had continuity of carers which was really important. We were also told that people were treated with dignity and respect. Comments included: "I feel I have got my dignity when the carers come to my home".
We were told that missed calls did not happen and if carers were going to be late then the user of the service received a telephone call to inform them.
