During our inspection we spoke to three people who live in the home and they all told us they were very happy living in the home.. One person told us they liked living at the home and staff assisted them to complete forms to find employment. They said staff 'were very nice and very helpful'. They told us they were informed and consulted on changes to their care and treatment.
Another person told us how they were involved in their care and were supported to do their own shopping and on visits to places they liked.
One person said 'the staff are very nice' and they 'had no problems'.
We spoke to a family member on the telephone and they told us that they were very happy with the support their relative received and liked the way staff respected their choices and informed them of any changes. They told us their relative was assisted to visit them regularly and if they were ever worried they knew they could contact the staff. The family member said their relative 'seemed settled now" and "can do their own thing now they live there".
One person living in the home was happy to show us round their home and talked about their room and what they liked to do during the day.
