During an inspection looking at part of the service
We carried out this inspection to check that the provider had taken appropriate steps to comply with the warning notice. We found that there was improvement with regard to the regulation.
At the time of our visit, there were three people using the service. We observed staff interacting with them in a kind and courteous manner. The language and tone of voice used by staff when talking to people using the service was always appropriate and was clearly intended to put people at their ease.
