During a routine inspection
We looked at four people's care records and found them to be up to date. They included information about the care and support provided to people including risk assessments.
People we spoke with confirmed they had a copy of their care plans in their homes and were consulted about the care and support they were provided with.
People told us they knew how to make a complaint and said they were confident that their concerns would be responded to promptly.
We spoke with three staff and looked at staff records. The staff team had received a range of training to equip them to carry out their role and were well supported by the service.
