Service users told us:
"I make myself a cup of tea. I make my own breakfast and I like cornflakes, ready break and coffee"
"Staff are helpful and people are treated well."
'My care plan is being looked at by the manager and I am going to have a new care plan."
One service user appeared to enjoy walking out through a side door and around a large grassed garden area. The garden area was safe and well maintained.
One person goes into Leicester City to have their hair cut at their favourite barbers. Staff can use the minibus to go out with people who use services, for shopping and leisure outings. Some people will travel to cultural appropriate retailers to purchase items that meet their cultural needs.
Service users were observed eating a hot lunch that was balanced healthy and nutritious. People's individual preferences were seen to be catered for.
