During a routine inspection
People were very positive about the care they receive. One person told us that "all the carers are very good, reliable and safe".
Another person told us "carers come on time and couldn't be nicer - they are helpful and fun".
We found that staff delivered care in line with people's needs and preferences and with their valid consent. We looked at care plans and records and we found that people's care and support was planned and delivered to meet their needs safely.
We found that the provider had appropriate arrangements in place to handle medicines safely, securely and appropriately. A person told us that "staff have good training" and that staff had administered medicines safely.
We found that the provider had good systems in place to ensure staff delivered care competently and safely. A Person told us that they were "completely happy" with the skill level of staff providing their care.
We looked at the provider's system for dealing with comments and complaints , including complaints made. We found that people were made aware of the complaints procedure and that complaints were investigated and responded to appropriately.
