During a routine inspection
We spoke to people who used the service by telephone and with the staff and the management team during our visit.
People who use the service told us they were happy and satisfied with the care and support being provided. Comments made to us during this review included, "The care we get is first class." And "They are all good staff and very caring and conscientious." And also 'We are completely satisfied with the care that they provide.'
People also told us staff supported them as they wished to be supported and were always professional. They felt people respected their privacy and protected their dignity.
We looked at people's care records. We found that records were accurate and up to date. We also saw that the service was person centred and included people in decision making throughout their care.
We spoke with staff who understood their roles with regard to protecting people from harm. Staff told us they were well trained and felt confident to do their work. They also said they were consistently well supported in their work and were provided with the information they needed to do their jobs.
We saw that the service regularly reviewed the satisfaction of people using the service. They contacted people regularly to ask if they were happy with the care they received. We also saw they sent out customer satisfaction questionnaires each year. They took forward the comments made, to further review the service they provided.
