People who use the service express their views in various ways, such as talking, making sounds and using gestures. Therefore direct feedback from people who use the service was limited. People told us that they liked living in the service and the food was good.People had the opportunity to make some choices about their daily lives, such as whether they attended the day centre or went out on a trip. However, people did not always have the option of going out into the community if the service's van was not available or if there were not sufficient numbers of staff working. This was confirmed by some care professionals and some of the relatives that we spoke with.
We also received positive feedback from some relatives and health professionals, who commented that, people who use the service always looked presentable and that staff were attentive to people's needs. Relatives also said they felt the service did the best they could and they had no concerns about the service and would feel able to make a complaint if they had any.
