Updated 9 May 2024
Date of assessment 9 May 2024 to 19 June 2024. This assessment was carried out to follow up on action we told the provider to take at the last inspection. The service can support up to 45 people. At the time of the assessment there were 13 people using the service. Since our last inspection, the provider had taken action to address the concerns we raised. Improvements have been made to the quality of the service people receive. People were safe living at the service. Risks to people were managed and staff were skilled in maintaining a safe environment and following safe practices. People's needs were assessed and they were supported to maintain their health and wellbeing in a coordinated way. Staff were caring and treated people with respect protecting their dignity and maintaining independence. People received person centred care and were given information in a way they could understand. The provider had developed values which were used to ensure people had good quality care and effective systems were in place to monitor the quality of the service people received. The provider worked in partnership with other agencies to drive improvements.
