During a routine inspection
All of the people we spoke with gave positive feedback about the service and said that care workers respected their choices about the way care was delivered. They all said they felt safe using this service and knew what to do if they had any concerns. They had all been visited by a care coordinator to review the care they were receiving and to check if there were any issues.
The people we spoke with confirmed the care workers supported and encouraged them toward being independent. They told us care workers had asked them how they liked to be addressed and had acted in accordance with their responses. They were confident the care workers had the appropriate knowledge and skills to meet their needs. We heard that the care workers were informed and well prepared when they arrived.
The manager was not present during our visit to the agency.
