During an inspection looking at part of the service
Following our inspection the home's manager confirmed the correct information about staff training had not been available in the home when we visited. The manager sent an action plan which said the information had been updated and would be kept in the home with effect from 30th November 2013.
We carried out this inspection to check the training and supervision records for staff working in the home. We spoke with the manager and two members of staff. We did not speak with people using the service during this inspection.
