During a routine inspection
Both people we spoke with told us that they liked living at the home. One person said that staff knew their needs very well and had a good understanding of how they wanted to be supported. They also said 'I feel safe with the staff'. This person told us they had choices in all aspects of their daily life from what they wanted to eat, where they spent their time, the activities they wanted to participate in and making decisions about their care and treatment.
A relative told us that the staff were familiar with people's needs and that their family member was 'at the centre of all the care provided' and that 'the staff were calm, in control and not out of their depth here'.
