During a routine inspection
All but one of the people we spoke to said that they had been consulted and involved in their assessment of need, and in the drawing up of their plan of care.
People said that they were confident that they could approach the manager or other senior staff with any concerns that they might have.
People told us that they received a good service from their regular carers, whom they all rated highly.
When asked how the service could be improved, two said they couldn't think of any ways in which it could be improved; and one said she would like more regular contact from the management team.
One relative told us she was very happy with the support workers who cared for her son, and said she couldn't think of any ways to improve the service being received.
