We spoke with four people using the service and two relatives. Comments given about the service were, 'Brilliant', 'Excellent','Very satisfied.'People using the service and relatives told us they received good care that was individualised.
We found that staff had received safeguarding vulnerable adults training and were aware of the need prevent abuse occurring and to report any concerns.
We found that people were cared for by staff that were supported to deliver care and treatment safely to an appropriate standard.
Not all quality assurance systems in place were effective in monitoring and improving the service.
