During a routine inspection

The majority of people told us that they were satisfied living at the home and that the staff were nice. Some people were not engaging with their support plans and therefore their needs were not being addressed. These people were in the process of moving to another service that would be more appropriate for their needs.

We saw some people who use the services interacting with the staff in a positive way and it was demonstrated that staff listen to people and try to address their needs whilst keeping them safe.
