During a routine inspection
A person using the service told us "The carers that assist me daily are kind and thoughtful, nothing is too much trouble for them."
Another person told us of their experiences of the service, they found care staff were courteous, and respected their privacy when helping with showering or bathing.
People told us the service was improving and problems with weekend staff and their timekeeping were less of an issue in recent months. They found this was due to more consistency within the care staff team and to the improved management in the service.
The agency had introduced systems to improve the quality of the service with an emphasis on equipping staff with more suitable skills. Staff were educated on understanding dementia and associated care needs and how to support people with this condition.
