During a routine inspection
The treatment areas were clean and well equipped. Staff had attended life support training and knew what to do in the event of an emergency.
Appropriate checks were made before staff started work at the clinic. This meant that people received their care and treatment from suitably qualified and safely recruited staff.
People using the service told us they had been informed about how to make a complaint and felt confident that any complaint would be properly managed.
