They told us that risks had been discussed with them and they had received counselling. People commented that they felt staff respected their privacy and dignity and respected their decisions. Consultations and screening were undertaken in private rooms.People spoken with commented that they felt they didn't have to wait a long time for an appointment or had to wait long to be seen on the day of their visit. They also commented that the process of getting seen was 'straight forward'.
People using the service commented that they felt comfortable with the service they received and told us that staff were very helpful. People told us that staff introduced themselves and explained what was to happen on the day, in order to put them at ease.
