During a routine inspection
People who used the service were supported by advocates, and other people who knew how to communicate with them, when decisions needed to be made about their care and welfare. They were represented in their best interests when it was appropriate to do so.
The people who lived at Coachman's Drive were supported by appropriate numbers of qualified, skilled and experienced staff. People were protected against the risks associated with medicines because the provider had appropriate arrangements in place to manage medicines. People's personal records were accurate and fit for purpose.
