During a routine inspection
Their comments included:
'We find the home to be very welcoming, very clean, very well run'I couldn't praise the carers highly enough'.
'To be honest them girls have a heart of gold'they deserve a pay rise'they do a lot'they treat me great, welcome me and phone me up all the time if there's any concern'.
Both residents had complex learning disabilities. On the day of the inspection one resident was unable to contribute to our assessment and the other resident had very limited communication. At Stanton Lodge they were given information in different formats to help them understand and were supported by staff who knew them well. We observed interaction between the residents and staff on duty. Both residents were supported by staff that were well trained and experienced.
