During a routine inspection

During our visit we spoke to all the people who live at Station Road. We were also able to talk to the relatives of two of the people. Relatives were visiting Station Road to take part in discussions about the possibility of the people moving to a supported living arrangement.

Everybody we spoke to said they were very happy with the care and support provided at Station Road. One person had lived at Station Road for many years and their relative told us 'Station Road has always been nice. The staff are good, I have no grounds for complaint.' They also commented on how welcome they were made to feel when visiting. They told us the house was his relative's home and it felt like a home.
