During a routine inspection
We found that where people did not have capacity to make decisions in their own interests, the provider acted in accordance with legal requirements. Staff supported people to make decisions about their day to day lives as far as they were able.
We found that people's care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan. Appropriate arrangements were in place to manage medicines.
We spoke with a number of health and social care professionals to find out their opinion of the service. We concluded, from their opinions, that people's health, safety and welfare was protected because the provider worked in co-operation with others.
People were given support by the provider to make a comment or complaint where they needed assistance.
