People spoke with us in positive terms about the care they received in the home. People confirmed they were shown respect and that things were treated confidentially. A person told us, 'They listen to what I've got to say to try and support what I want to do'
A person told us how they cleaned their room, supported by staff. Another person told us, 'I go to college and that. I've been to college today.' Another person told us, 'I enjoy it. I get out as much as I can.'
When we asked whether people had information about the service they received, one person said 'In easy read format and with no jargon.'
A person told us, 'I think they are all right.' A person receiving treatment explained to us, 'The doctor is available to apply cream to my leg in the bedroom.'
People told us they felt safe in the home. One person said, 'I feel safe in this place.'
Another person said, 'I think it's safe in here.'
People we spoke with were positive in their comments about staff. One person told us, 'Staff are good.' Another person told us, 'I get on with the staff.'
