During a routine inspection
A relative of a person who used the service told us 'Three sisters is as good as it gets for a care home. Staff are very dedicated and compassionate.' Another relative told us 'It is pretty good, the new key worker is full of all sorts of good ideas.'
We found the provider had implemented new care records which were an improvement over the old records. People's needs were individually assessed and information was available in a clear and concise format. We found there were a range of activities for people to be involved in.
We found the provider had systems in place to safeguard people from abuse. Staff understood the importance of identifying and reporting abuse and were confident the manager acted on any concerns.
We found staff had received appropriate training to undertake their role and were well supported by the management structure.
The provider had systems in place to monitor the quality of its service through regular audits. Processes were in place to gain feedback from staff, people who used the service and their relatives.
