During a routine inspection
Most of the comments that we received were positive. All of the people we spoke with told us that they were happy with the service provided and all of the people said the carers were "lovely" and "very caring". All the people told us that care was delivered in line with their agreed care package.
Most people told us that they had continuity of carers and knew which carer would be coming to their home. All the people told us that they were treated with dignity and respect and encouraged to maintain independence where possible. Most people told us that their choices were listened too.
We were told that missed calls were rare and on most occasions calls were received if a carer was going to be late.
