During a routine inspection
One person told us that the systems for maintaining privacy at the clinic were good. This was because they were able to give the receptionist an appointment form and did not have to discuss any personal information. They also told us that they liked being called by a 'client number' and not by their full name as this respected their confidentiality.
The people also told us that they were able to raise any concerns or complaints about the practice with staff at the clinic.
One person told us that they had used the comments box, which was available at the reception. This was to tell the staff at the clinic that they thought the service was good and they were happy with the treatment they had received from them.
