During a routine inspection
The results indicated that of the 49 people that responded to the questionnaire;
100% of people who attended the clinic felt they were treated with dignity and respect and people were given information that they could understand and the options for treatment were explained. The report also indicated that 100% all of the questions people had about their treatment were answered.
The results indicate that potential risks of treatment were explained to 85.7% of people who attended; 93.3% of people reported that they were mostly informed of any treatment delays during their visit to the clinic. It also told us that 87.8% of people felt that and that their partners', friends and or relatives that accompanied them to the clinic were well looked after.
