During a routine inspection
The people we spoke with told us they felt safe living at the service. People also knew who they could talk to should they have any concerns. Staff were trained in how to recognise and respond to incidents or allegations of abuse. We found some issues in relation to the record keeping around people's finances. However the manager and registered provider responded quickly to this and the issues were rectified.
Staff were being given training and support to do their job. People spoken with gave positive feedback about the care staff were delivering. One person said, 'I like the staff here, I get on well with them and we can have a laugh.'
None of the people we spoke with had any concerns about the service. One person said, 'I have no complaints and if I did I would tell [the manager] straight away.
