During a routine inspection
All the people we spoke with told us that they liked attending the service because they went out in the community and did lots of different activities. Another person told us 'we go to the shops with staff and buy food like jacket potatoes and cook them'. Another person told us that they enjoyed baking cakes and biscuits.
People told us that they had meetings to discuss activities, menus, and any other issues about their care or the running of the service. They said they were all aware of how to make a complaint to staff if they were not happy about anything. All the people told us that the staff spoke to them 'nicely' and helped them to do activities that they enjoyed.
