During a routine inspection
People told us about some of their hobbies and interests and that they are supported to be involved in these. They said that they liked their rooms and could have their own furniture or possessions in them.
People also told us that they are being given opportunities to talk about their care plans and support needed.
People told us that they can have choices about the food provided and are able to be involved in some food preparation.
People spoke of examples of support provided to them outside the home for health appointments and some regular activities such as going to the gym or to the pub. Other recreational activities occur such as going to the theatre or for bus rides but not very often.
People told us that the staff are alright and helpful, they were confident that they would get the help they needed.
A health professional told us that the service obtains and follows advice.
