During a routine inspection
We were told by staff that people living at the home had the opportunity to attend religious services on a Sunday, including Holy Communion. The activities co-ordinator told us that transport could be arranged if needed.
People living at the home told us they were listened to, and that staff involved them in the day to day activities and running of the home. Comments received included, 'I get on alright with the staff; they look after me, and help me'. 'They care for my relative very well'. 'My relative has been in this home for quite a while now, and I know the staff'. 'It's not like home, but it's not bad'.
Staff told us they were aware of the importance of keeping vulnerable people safe.
