During a routine inspection

During our inspection we spoke with four people who used the service, one relative and three members of staff. All the people we spoke with said they felt well cared for. One said staff were 'delightful' another said staff were 'first class'. People told us they could make choices and if they had any complaints they would talk to the manager. We spoke with one relative who was happy with the way the service communicated with them regarding their mother's care.

We observed that staff communicated well with people and promoted a supportive environment. Procedures were in place to ensure that medicines were administered safely and were stored securely. Staff had received training relevant to their role and received supervision regularly.

Systems were in place to seek feedback from people who used the service and their relatives. Changes had been made based on their views.
