During a routine inspection
The provider had an infection prevention and control policy and took steps to ensure that staff and people using the service were protected against identifiable risks of acquiring infection.
Staff were fully supported to meet people's needs because they had received an induction relevant to their role, regular training sessions and appraisals.
The provider had systems in place to regularly check the quality of the care and people's comments and complaints were listened to and acted on effectively. People we spoke with were satisfied with the service they had received.
