During a routine inspection
We found that patients consent was obtained and treatment plans showed the patient was consulted and helped to understand their proposed treatment.
Staff were trained in protecting children and adults from harm or abuse, and reporting procedures were known and practiced.
Staff had been subject to robust recruitment checks to ensure they were suitable to work with vulnerable children and adults.
We found that the service had systems in place to enable patients to voice their complaints/comments.
