During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people who used the service. They were all satisfied with the service they received. One said, "I am very happy with the care I get" and another said, "We have a joke."

We found that people were involved in the planning of their care and this care was regularly reviewed with changes taking place if necessary. One person told us, "I needed more time in the morning so this was changed."

Staff references and their entitlement to work was checked prior to employment. Staff underwent an induction period prior to giving care.

During a routine inspection

People who use the service told us that they were happy with the care they received from Medico Nursing and Homecare (Medico). One person we spoke with commented 'I can't complain ' anything we need or want done they do'. Other people we spoke with stated that the service was 'really good' and that they 'wouldn't change a thing' about the care provided.
