During a routine inspection

Relatives of people using the service and health care professionals praised the staff and management of New Horizons for delivering safe and consistent care. They told us the staff team were knowledgeable and that the agency worked well in partnership with them to ensure people received the support they needed to meet their diverse needs. They told us the management team and staff in the office provided 'A very good listening ear' and 'The office staff are always very helpful' and 'We've worked with them for many years, we find them very good, pretty receptive, if we have any concerns they are very alert to anything we've got to say'.
